Dr. Helga Prignitz-Poda: studied Art History and Latin American Science at the Free University in Berlin. After several years of research in Mexico City, 1981 Ph D on the Mexican Graphic Workshop TGP Taller de Gráfica Popular Editor and co-author of the catalog of the complete works of Frida Kahlo.

Lives as independent art historian and curator in Berlin and Istanbul.
