This workshop will share some methods that were developed around the piece “ I heart Lygia Clark, les soins Aesthetiques” This pieces was a performance in the guise of therapy without pathology. The performance took place in the sensory experience of one person and was performed by three dancer/caretakers. Within the workshops we will use protocols of care as performance tactics and the terrain of an individual’s experience as the space where we are performing. We will not be concerned directly with therapy ( nothing is wrong with us) but rather with developing methods to take charge of the aesthetic experience of someone else: beauty care.
