Can you enter an ecstatic state with modern physical activities? Which forms of intense movement can lead to trance? Can you experience euphoria and elation via conscious movement? During the workshop we will investigate the body, moving freely, naturally, and organically. The investigation will be based on modern exercises taken from cardio and fitness, kick-boxing, boxing, yoga, pilates, meditation, and somatic and therapeutic practices from the field of contemporary choreography and improvisation. Without tension. Without pressure. Movement and its intensity will result from an informed choice, not an order. In order to consciously experience the movement we will simultaneously develop a practice of mindfulness that will allow us to see the slightest change in action and open the way for conscious manipulation. During the workshop we will not use any secret power. We will not cast spells nor do magic. We will just enjoy movement and our body.

How does a building work? What are the first impressions it makes? What do we see in subsequent visits? What is the impact of the building on the employees? And finally, what is it as a declaration of a company? Going beyond the questions asked in the abovementioned study, one may ask about the meaning of the senses, in experiencing, in feeling architecture, and analyse buildings from the perspective of the body.
